Erin Crump, FCIA, FSA, is the VP, Business Initiatives at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where she is responsible for the execution of activities that grow RGA’s global Group reinsurance business, acting in an additive capacity to RGA’s local offices around the world.

Prior to this role, Erin has held various roles across the insurance and benefits industries. She has experience within benefits consulting, product design and pricing, market development and innovation, reinsurance, and within an HR organization leading compensation, pension, and benefits strategy.

She earned her degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Waterloo, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
